The company ranks alongside Hollywood’s major studios, with limited screening dates and showtimes. Fathom operates the largest cinema distribution network with more than 2,000 participating locations and nearly 4,000 screens in 184 DMAs (including the top 100 markets), which continues to grow double-digits year-over-year. Fathom also has a global presence, distributing content internationally to more than 45 countries.

Ray Nutt is Chief Executive Officer of Fathom Entertainment, the leading domestic distributor of specialty distribution and one of the largest overall distributors of content to movie theatres. He brings over three decades of experience in the entertainment business at Regal Entertainment Group and United Artists Entertainment to his role as CEO of Fathom Entertainment.

Renet Snow
Renet Snow brings more than 25 years of accounting and finance expertise to her role as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. She is responsible for all of Fathom Entertainment’s accounting and finance functions and has a leadership role in the company’s financial decision-making and strategic planning.

Tom Lucas
As Vice President of Studio Relations, Tom Lucas serves as the lead contact for all studio releases. Since joining Fathom in March 2015, Lucas has worked with major studios such as Warner Bros., Twentieth Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures Entertainment and others, to schedule some of the most iconic features of all time for Fathom Entertainment.

Daren Miller
Daren Miller is a 35-year veteran of the media, pay TV, film and telecommunications industries. Miller has been with Fathom Entertainment since 2014, where he has been a significant contributor to the company’s content growth strategy, negotiated content licensing and managed Fathom’s domestic and international content deals. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs & Strategy, Miller also focuses on partnering with the leadership team to establish corporate and organizational strategies domestically and abroad.

Shannah Miller
Shannah is a marketing leader with 15+ years’ experience in the entertainment industry. Prior to joining Fathom Entertainment, she held various positions at Atom Tickets including Head of Partnerships and Business Development and Head of Marketing and Communications. She began her career in the music business and served as a senior executive at various labels within Sony Music including RCA, Jive, Arista, and Columbia Records. As the VP of Marketing at Fathom Entertainment, she oversees all marketing and communication efforts with its customers, studios, content partners, exhibitors, and press.
Our Owners
Fathom is a joint venture between AMC, Regal Cinemas (Cineworld), and Cinemark, the three largest domestic movie theatre chains. Outside of our owners, we work with over 400 regional exhibitors and independent theatres in the US.

Each year, Fathom employees are incentivized to donate their personal time to select charities around Colorado. In return for donated time, Fathom Entertainment rewards team members with additional days off at the end of the year.
In addition, Fathom makes a regular financial commitment to select industry charities including Variety Children’s Foundation, the Will Rogers Foundation, and the Adoption Exchange of Colorado.
